Each room and suite has been furnished to an exceptional standard with comfort and luxury, naturally being the key focus, sumptuous beds, Egyptian cotton bedding, quality towels and soft carpets. Also provided for further ease and relaxation is , smart T V, free wifi, tea and coffee making facilities, table and chairs, ironing facilities, hairdryer, and complimentary water, biscuits and toiletries.
The Family Suite, sleeping 2 adults and 2 children, is unique, in that it has it’s own entrance and staircase, and a further 2 king size bedrooms can be let, giving accommodation for a family of 8 .
A fridge for guests to help themselves to milk and water or store own drinks.
The large dining room opens out onto the mature, well-manicured gardens, with seating if you would like to have breakfast outdoors or sit and read the newspaper in the company of the abundant wildlife.
Included in the price is a full English breakfast served daily with other breakfast options available .
Two lounges offer comfortable seating and large windows overlooking the garden. A choice of books, a T V , stereo / C D player in lounge and free wifi in all communal areas. The private drive leads to ample free off road parking. Tennis Courts are available in front of Holmsleigh on Wrafton Road

Once here, you can relax, no need for a car, as Braunton has everything you could need, superb award winning restaurants, cafes, take away’s, traditional pubs, supermarkets, post office, bank, surf museum, gift shops and surf hire.
Walking from Holmsleigh is easy if you want to leave the car here and take the breathtaking coast walk to Crow Point beach and the biosphere to the largest sand dune system in the U K. 3 miles further will take you to Saunton Sands.
North Devon is famous for it’s surf, and you will not need to go far to find them waves, Croyde Beach is only 5.9 miles away. We have ample storage for boards.
There is a great transport link with the stage coach bus service just around the corner, you can catch a no 21 , every 15 minutes and hop on and off as many times as you like, from Ilfracombe to Braunton to Barnstaple or Bideford.
Cycling is a great way to travel with a traffic free route 27 the Tarka Trail,is a coast to coast path and can be started right here at Holmsleigh.
